Author, Consultant, Founder and Artist.

For over 26 years, I’ve worked across entertainment, events and education — onstage, backstage and in the boardroom. From performing at The Savoy, Alexandra Palace and Glastonbury Festival to curating live experiences for organisations including The National Trust and Bollinger Champagne, I understand both the creative heartbeat and the commercial engine behind successful projects.

I’ve built and led boutique entertainment agencies, produced national events and advised organisations across the arts, commercial and charity sectors. Today, as founder of Dixiebird Records and KL & Co Consulting, I specialise in brand strategy, marketing, PR and revenue positioning for musicians, founders and cultural organisations.

I help creative leaders amplify their projects, increase visibility and build commercially sustainable growth through strategic messaging, media positioning and clear, confident communication.
